Shipping policy
- Standard delivery time 10-12 business days; Saturday and Sundays- non business days.
- Minimum order value for free shipping
Wrong address or contact input
Change or modification in address/contact info will only be possible before an order has been shipped.
We will not be responsible in delivering an order if an incorrect/incomplete address or contact is provided. For orders already dispatched, changes to address or contact would not be possible.
If the product is returned by our courier partners, in such cases, an additional charge (the RTO plus the reshipping charges) will be applicable for redispatching the order against the correct address/phone no. provided by the customer upon further communication.
RTO and reshipping charges are to be fully borne by the customer in such a situation.
The order will not be redispatched until the above charges have been fully paid.
We will not be responsible for delivery delays due to following reasons:
- Incorrect address or contact input by customers.
- Customers unavailable to collect package.
- Delays in paying RTO and reshipping fee.
Cancellation policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.
