Exchange and return policy
- No exchange available unless wrong product delivered.
- No returns under any circumstances
- Exchange is only applicable if product received on delivery is damaged or wrong product is delivered.
- A clear and proper unboxing video is required incase for exchange if a product received on delivery is damaged. Exchange for damaged products is only applicable if a clear and proper unboxing is available.
- Incase you receive a damaged or wrong product, kindly reach out to us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will respond within 24-48 business hours to help you out. Once confirmed, the replacement product will be dispatched in 3-4 business day and delivered in 5-8 working days.
